Mark Hotchkiss offers his legal expertise to the CCCL board of directors. Mark is the Deputy County Attorney at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. He works in the Criminal Division and is involved in the prosecution of felony criminal offenses committed within Pima County, from the initial charging stage up until the case is ultimately resolved.

Mark met the founders-to-be of CITY Center when he was a student at Catalina Foothills High School, Tucson, AZ in the 1990s. He appreciated their approach as teachers and years later joined the board to support them and get more involved in the community. Mark earned his JD at California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA and his BA in Political Science with History Minor at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the El Rio “Vecinos” and board member of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the National Football Foundation.
